Maeda, Jason or Annika will be calling each of our clients over the course of the next several days. While we are practicing “social distancing” by no means are we disconnecting. We want to hear your voice, listen to your concerns, exchange information and determine how we can navigate through this situation with you. We will get to the other side together!
WHAT IS OUR TEAM DOING?
Our team has been diligently working to set up individual offsite workspaces. However, rest assured that all your information is securely stored in the cloud and documents are ALL scanned here onsite. None of your physical documents will leave our office!
HOW DO YOU GET US INFORMATION?
Many of you already use the Sharefile links and/or portal that we provide. For those who do not, now may be the time to jump in! If this is not an option, you may still mail us documents (being retrieved daily) or drop off documents through the slot in our door. While the doors may be locked there are still a few of us on the other side! Please email or text us that you are dropping them through the slot and we will confirm receipt.
PHONES:
We admit that it may have been difficult to reach us via phone the past few days as the situation has rapidly evolved. We are working to route our phones so that you will be greeted warmly and if you choose to leave a message we will receive it and/or be able to retrieve it. We anticipate this situation to be resolved before the weekend is over. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience in this regard!
